About the Role We're seeking a creative, self-motivated video editor to transform our library of long-form interviews into engaging short-form content and distribute it across multiple social platforms. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who sees the long-term potential in building an audience and is willing to invest their skill and effort upfront in exchange for a share in the results.
What You'll Do Edit compelling video shorts from our existing long-format interviews Add clean, accurate subtitles/captions Incorporate relevant images, B-roll, and visuals where appropriate Layer in a compelling music bed that fits the tone of each clip Produce a clear, consistent call-to-action outro Schedule and publish content across 5+ platforms Maintain an output of at least 3 videos per day, posted to 5 or more platforms.
Compensation — Please Read Carefully This is a performance-based role with no upfront pay. Compensation is tied directly to results. Here's how it works:
For the first one to three months, this role is unpaid while we build content volume and measure impact. Success is measured by growth in app and website memberships driven by the content you produce and distribute. Once we see a meaningful increase in memberships, we will discuss ongoing paid compensation. The more consistently strong content is posted over time, the greater the potential audience growth — and the greater your earning potential. This role is not suitable for anyone who needs immediate income. It is ideal for someone who can recognize future potential and is willing to work hard now to reap the rewards later.
Requirements Proven experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.) Hands-on experience with multi-platform scheduling/posting software Strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for pacing, hooks, and retention Reliability and the ability to hit a daily output target independently A genuine passion for the flat earth message and deep familiarity with the core arguments.
