How an event actually runs

1. 1.Create the event with a name, date and theme. WEBGram gives you a short join code and a QR link for a table card, a screen or an invitation.
2. 2.Guests scan the code and they are in — no app to install, no account to make. Smart camera guidance helps them get better shots on the phone they are already holding.
3. 3.Every photo lands in one shared live gallery and is scored for quality, checked for faces, sorted by moment and captioned as it arrives.
4. 4.Guests use Find Yourself to pull every photo they appear in. You run Smart Curation to pick the strongest shots and one-tap enhancement to polish the keepers.
5. 5.Render a real MP4 highlight reel with music, transitions and theme-based pacing — ready to play at the venue.
6. 6.Publish the gallery link, or use Share Studio to export packs already sized for posts, stories and carousels. All of it can be delivered before the night is over.

How the money works

Free to join. After that it runs on tokens, like fuel: you buy a pack sized to the event and top up if the night runs big. That one balance covers guest uploads, all the processing and how long the finished gallery stays live. Every event stays up free for 60 days, and you can either buy more time or switch on auto-delete — you are emailed first either way.

Your guests never pay to take part. Joining, uploading, browsing and sharing to social are always free for them. If someone wants a full-resolution file or a keepsake, that is a small one-off purchase of their own.
