Marketers wanted - Do you remember LocalBitcoins.com?

The LocalBitcoins and LocalMonero websites have both been shut down by the powers that shouldn't be. They hate free-markets because as you probably know, they want to control everything.

Well, I really miss those sites and as a software developer (originally trained in the us navy) since 1992, I decided to recreate what those sites used to provide to the world.

I created https://morphit.io that enables people to anonymously buy and sell whatever they want (even barter) on a local or even worldwide scale.

What I need now that it's built is to have one or more people market the site for me and even find others to run their own Morphit-powered site (the Morphit software is federated, so anyone can run their own trading site and earn 90% of the trading fees from the users on their sites).

Anyway, morphit.io was the first site to come online, but others are popping up now as we speak. There's one in the Netherlands, one in Iran, one in Mexico, and 2 others coming online next week for which I don't even know what country their sites will be serving. Federation of websites like this make them extremely difficult to take down and there is no central authority either, noone to subpoena.

I suck at Marketing and I really don't even use social media. If you have Matrix though, maybe we could have a call (Dave Weiss and I have used Matrix videoconferencing together quite a few times actually) at: @agorise:matrix.org --I can also be reached by email initially at: [email protected]

I have hired marketing people in the past and well, I have to say that I have lost quite a bit of money in hiring marketers, so if you can please provide some references, that would be awesome.

Dave has met my wife and kids at Anarchapulco events, so feel free to ask him about me. I also run one of his servers. We live in Mazatlan, Mexico. Our girls are both home schooled and yes, we are all super-duper awake. We've kinda given up on trying to wake people up though lol. Nowadays we just plant seeds and hold local meetups :)

Anyway, I really don't even know what the going rate is for marketers these days, so maybe you could throw some ideas my way and let me know if you'd be willing to help us get Morphit off the ground either by getting it into the crypto news sites, or even running a little Morphit node of your own on an old laptop of raspi.

Hopefully a few people will respond to this post and we can now get Morphit promoted so that people don't have to rely so much anymore on centralized exchanges!
